Our Kingsland Crawl landed us at Farang, a humble little café and bistro serving ever-popular Thai food. But this ain't no normal takeaway — the chefs make their sauces and condiments from scratch and you can really taste the difference. Do try their peanut satay sauce, it's ridiculously good — and their chocolate smoothie has chunks of dried banana chips, ground cocoa beans and pistachio nuts - we were in smoothie bliss at the first sip. What's more, their menu is very affordable
Louise had the Satay Chicken and a Mocha. She said 'loved the flavours and also had massive order envy for almost everyone's meals. A good problem! Will be back.'
Katie had the Satay Chicken with Sticky Rice on the side. She said 'such a gem and we've been walking past it all this time! Definitely a go-to again.'
Joe had the Big Farang and drank a Smoothie of the Day. He said 'solid food, friendly and good value. A new local? Radness.'
Annie had the fresh roll and roti with peanut sauce. She said 'excellent flavours and presentation, friendly service and a very reasonable price for the high quality eats. I have already recommended the place to some friends.'
