We have a full-time designer role opening up early August 2021 with interviews beginning as soon as we can.
THE HUSKY WE ARE LOOKING FOR WILL HAVE:
~ A minimum of 8 years experience as a graphic designer
~ Excellent written and spoken English, spelling and grammar (copywriting experience advantageous), familiarity with Tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
~ Strong competence across Adobe Creative Suite
~ Experience in producing high-quality media and working to tight deadlines
~ Strengths in creative idea generation, brainstorming, storytelling and branding
~ An energetic and positive approach to all situations
~ A great sense of humour and friendly personality
~ Understanding of specifications and functionalities across print and digital platforms
~ Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities with a keen eye for detail
~ Effective organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
~ Ability to work quickly and independently, manage others where needed and meet goals and deadlines in a timely manner
~ Experience with WordPress, Shopify, EDMs and/or social media advantageous
