An outpost for those looking for unashamedly classic French cuisine. This cute cafe offers a spacious and very handy location for the often crammed tiny MT Eden cafe’s. Amongst the many standard French menu options, the escargot (garlic snails) generated a lot of banter around the table. Especially for those Huskies that were a little more willing to live by the ‘try anything at least once’ mantra… Totally worth mentioning was the sizeable selection of beautifully presented pastries and treats that got the attention of the sweet toothes amongst us. Our only real critique was that it felt like something was missing, maybe it was the lack of a unique and genuinely special piece de resistance.. something we have been more and more accustomed to in our inner city foodie experiences.
