Azabu Mission Bay & Lilliputt Mini Golf
To celebrate the end of another big year, the Husk crew and partners gathered for our annual ‘Favourite Things’ gift swap, followed by mini golf, cocktails and a beautifully indulgent dinner by the waterfront. First stop was Lilliputt Mini Golf in Mission Bay, where the competitive spirit showed up almost immediately. Lou, Jarrod and Sam were all gunning for the top spot, but Sam quietly held his nerve and took out the win. The course had a great flow with hardly any waiting around, tasty snack food on hand and those classic Mission Bay waterfront views just across the road. Dinner at Azabu Mission Bay felt like the perfect way to round out the year. A little bit boujee, very delicious and exactly the kind of place that makes an end of year Christmas celebration feel special. The Japanese Peruvian fusion menu kept the table busy all night with plenty of shared plates, fresh flavours and more than enough food to go around. Between the warm atmosphere, beachfront setting and beautifully presented dishes, it was the kind of dinner that reminded us why food always ends up at the centre of a good celebration.
