Every project is a little different, but our process is designed to be clear, human and practical from day one.
Step 1
Discovery & Brand Check
We start with a discovery chat, either at our Ponsonby studio or online, to understand your brand, your team and how the clothing will be worn. We’ll review your logo, colours and brand guidelines, along with any examples you like or want to avoid. We’ll also consider practical requirements such as:
- How active your team is on the job
- Climate, layers and fabric preferences
- Safety, accessibility or cultural considerations
- Different garments or levels of branding for specific roles
If your wider brand foundations are still taking shape, we can connect this work with broader brand strategy or identity planning.
Step 2
Design That Delivers
Next, we explore how your brand could come to life across clothing. This might include core staff uniforms, alternate options for different roles, logo and graphic placement, colour blocking, trims and subtle branded details. We can also develop options for events, promotions or supporter tees and hoodies.
You’ll see the concepts presented on realistic mock-ups, making it easy to imagine how they’ll look on real people and across different garments, sizes and styles. From there, we’ll refine your preferred direction together.
Step 3
Printed Gear to your Door
Once the direction is agreed, we’ll sharpen the details and create a consistent clothing system that can grow with your team. This may include rules for logo placement and sizing, front, back and sleeve layouts and variations for different garments or roles.
From there, we can take care of the whole production process. We’ll source suitable garments, prepare the production-ready artwork, manage printing or embroidery and check everything before delivery. The result is finished branded clothing, ready for your team to wear, with all artwork and specifications kept on file to make future orders easy and consistent….oh, and did we mention, delivered to your door?
