No-one really likes parking. Let’s face it – we do it ‘cos we have to. Paying for it though? Even worse. Enter ParkMate stage left. Their app allows you to do more, achieve more and be more, by making parking quick and convenient. Parkmate even helpings people ENJOY the driving and parking experience, free of stress and hassle. Wait, what?! The Huskies enjoyed rolling out a fun, human rebrand (including subbrands Parkmate Guest and Parkmate Plus) utilising flowing text and strong positioning statements, subtly nestled inside parking lines.
From the moment we sat down in our local cafe, the Huskies felt great energy and synergy with the Wilson Parking crew. Covid-19 had created a critical challenge for the parking industry – lockdown meant no travel, no cars and no parking – and Wilson were looking for a way to invigorate their ParkMate brand. We relished the challenge of repositioning ParkMate in a customer-centric way, tackling the ‘grudge’ purchase of parking head on by clarifying the customer benefits of ease, convenience and doing more interesting things with their day. The new app rolled out to great success.
